Launch Services – Migration Package

Our Team will work with you remotely to help with product set-up and migration of your product data so you can configure your account in a way that best fits your retail needs to get set up quickly. We utilise the data services of a third-party provider to get your data suitable for upload into Lightspeed.

Onboarding Deposit

The Transition Package includes an onboarding deposit, ensuring a seamless start to our partnership with you. This deposit serves as a commitment to the process, allowing us to allocate resources efficiently and prioritise your success from day one. You’ll receive your deposit back as credit once you’ve been trading for 10 consecutive days.

Description of services

We’ll require an export of your product data in .CSV or .XLSV format, including product information, supply pricing, retail pricing and any inventory levels (if applicable). The average turnaround time is two weeks.

What we’ll require from you

Product setup and migration

We’ll import your product data into Lightspeed based on your requirements. We’ll ensure your product data is in the right format to import to Lightspeed. We can also import your cost prices and inventory levels.

You’ll need to provide us with a single spreadsheet of your product data (one row per SKU). We’ll provide you with a template to help with this.

Data integrity check

Our team will ensure all of your data is accurate.

Terms and Conditions

Start date and expiry: Onboarding services start date must be within 30 days of the purchase date, or the package will expire. If you do not utilise your training sessions within the 30-day timeframe, your package will close. Note that onboarding services are not refundable.
