Launch Services – Migration Package
Our team will work with you remotely to assist with product setup and migration of your product data enabling you to configure your account in a way that best fits your retail needs and ensures a quick setup.

Onboarding Deposit – $450
The migration package includes an onboarding deposit to ensure a smooth start to our partnership. This deposit demonstrates a commitment to the process, allowing us to allocate resources efficiently and prioritise your success from day one.
- You’ll receive your deposit back as credit once you’ve been trading for 10 consecutive days.
- We’re happy to help set you up for success by importing one product list before you go live.

What we’ll require from you
Product setup and migration
We’ll import your product data into Lightspeed based on your requirements. We’ll ensure your product data is in the right format to import to Lightspeed. We can also import your cost prices and inventory levels.
You’ll need to provide us with a single spreadsheet of your product data (one row per SKU). We’ll provide you with a template to help with this.
Data integrity check
Our team will ensure all of your data is accurate.

Lightspeed Payments
We’ll test and ensure your terminals are working before launch. The payment terminals must be charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
Product Setup & Migration
Collaborative effort to import your products/SKUs into Lightspeed. Products listed in XLSX or CSV format in a consolidated file.
Customer Migration
Import your customer details into Lightspeed – customer data in a spreadsheet (one row per customer).
Data Integrity Check
Ensure data accuracy before launch and help coordinate your account’s launch.
Terms and Conditions
Start Date & Expiry: Onboarding services must begin within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible for the deposit to be credited back to you, your business must be trading within 90 days from the purchase date. Services are valid for 15 days following your first kick-off session.
Go-live Date: Your launch date is dependent on the timely provision of all required information. Missing or delayed details may result in a postponement of your go-live date.
Refunds: Please note that onboarding services are non-refundable.
