What is E-Series?
E-Series is Lightspeed’s in-house eCommerce platform (formerly Ecwid). It’s designed to seamlessly connect to your X-Series POS. It’s simple, fast to set up, and easy to manage. No developer required. The E-Series Business Plan is included with X-Series Standard and Advanced subscriptions.

Design & branding
You’ll choose your theme and customise the look of your store. We can guide you on theme selection and setup but custom design work, graphics, and branding sit with you or your designer.
SEO & content
Product descriptions, optimising for search, and creating site content is unique to you and your store. We’ll point you to best-practice resources and our handy E-Commerce Academy for tips & tricks.
Product data & Imagery
Your product catalogue syncs from X-Series automatically. Adding imagery, refining descriptions, and preparing products for online selling still sits with you.
Domain connection
A free .site domain is included. If you’re bringing your own domain, we’ll explain how it connects, but the DNS setup is handled by you or your domain provider.

Terms and Conditions
Start date and expiry: Onboarding services must begin within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible for the deposit to be credited back to you, your business must be trading within 90 days from the purchase date. Services are valid for 30 days following your first kick-off session.
Go-live date: Your launch date depends on the timely provision of content, products, imagery, and access. Missing or delayed details may postpone your
go-live date.
What’s not included: This package does not cover custom design work, SEO strategy or optimisation, marketing or advertising setup, or domain change-overs. We’ll point you to the right resources and partners for these.
Refunds: Please note that onboarding services are non-refundable once sessions have started.
