Lightspeed Restaurant

This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms of the Promotion:

This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (along with its affiliates, “Lightspeed”) and only applies existing Lightspeed customers located in Quebec, Canada, with an active subscription to Lightspeed Restaurant POS (L-Series) who reach out to a Lightspeed representative to subscribe to a 12 or 24 month Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) plan (Starter, Essential, or Premium) in combination with Lightspeed Payments (Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) plan and Lightspeed Payments, collectively, the “Plan”) between November 26th and December 2nd, 2024, subject to the execution of the applicable Service Agreement and/or Order Form on or before December 16, 2024, and are transactional on the Plan for a period of three (3) months (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.

Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 60 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries.

Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer(s) (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer(s) (the “Promotion”). The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.


These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at  https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy/). 

First 3 months free for software on Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series). Eligible Customers will benefit from a credit representing three (3) months of free software when they sign up for the Plan, subject to the following additional terms (the “Credit”). The Promotion only applies for three (3) months of software fees, and does not extend to any additional or subsequent licenses, add-ons, renewals, hardware, installation services, or to monthly subscriptions. The Credit representing three (3) months of software subscription fees will be paid to each Eligible Customer after they have been transactional on the Plan for three (3) months and will be paid by the same method of payment such Eligible Customer used to sign up for their Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) plan.
