Lightspeed Restaurant

I’ve been with Lightspeed for six years but made the decision to move to Toast due to a very compelling financial offer. However, my experience with Toast has been a massive letdown.

From a huge lack of training to a system that in reality couldn’t do some of the things that I asked it to be able to do from the start.

There’s a lot of things that Lightspeed does that I love. I asked Toast if they could do all the same to make sure it was a like for like system. They assured me all the things I asked were possible but in reality they were not.

The savings were really attractive to me as things are not that easy in hospitality right now but they just haven’t come through and we’re finding the Toast system unworkable.

As such, we’ve moved back to Lightspeed and couldn’t be happier about it.
