Beyond The Pass

Beyond The Pass is all about celebrating the OGs of hospo.

We tell their stories and how they’ve left their mark on the greatest industry on the planet—what they’ve learned, how they’ve grown and what they think the future holds.

So, if you’ve got a story that needs to be told, this is the place to tell it.

The Interview

Each episode is rooted in a casual interview with our Senior Content Specialist, Graeme, himself a 15-year veteran of the industry.

Shoot the breeze over a drink and a feed, tell us what makes you tick and why you get out of bed in the morning. There’s no limits, no rules. It’s your story, we’re just here for the yarn.

The Cook Up

You can’t have a successful career in hospo on stories alone, you’ve got a banging product, so show everyone what you do.

Invite Graeme and his trusty $5 Kiwi knife into your kitchen and cook up your best-sellers, all the while watching over his shoulder as he inevitably f**ks up the fish but brings it home with the plating.  We love what you do, your customers love it too, so let’s give them a peak behind the curtain.
